Smiley
A friend has a Fatboy and he likes having his wife up.
The right, rear foot peg is between the two pipes.
His wife do the mistake sometimes of putting her foot on the pipe, or  moving very close to the pipe during riding which destroy her boots or/and burn herself.

Any tip of how to re-arrange pegs?

There is or can be made a stiff wire guard to keep the boot off the pipe. Look at our shifter or brake lever. I do not have one to guide you to.

Either a stock, aftermarket or handmade guard to keep the boot off the pipe.  Handmade would be a piece of aluminum flat stock, inserted into the peg mount.  That is liable to heat up pretty good though, depending on how close it is to the pipe.  There may also be smaller passenger floorboards that have built in heel cups/shields.

Or, stock or aftermarket risers or offset risers to raise the rear pegs away from the pipes.

I've even seen people nail a piece of steel/aluminum to tall boot heels, it they line up with the pipes right.

I've also seen passengers wrap their legs around the driver's waist, but then the boots are resting on his jewels.  New meaning to the term ..... bump steer.

Get passenger floor boards and then head down to your local hardware and pick-up a plain cabinet door handles to be used for guards. Drill thru the floorboards and install. They are already threaded and wont hit the pipes Wink (I did this on a Honda Shadow)

If you go to the old Tech Board archives, you may find a post or three by me concerning "Anti-Rotation floorboards".

JP Cycles offered them in a couple of sizes: Highway-peg/passenger floorboard usage and driver floorboard usage. Mounts for a number of bikes (including our Valkyries) were made by Add-On/Big Bike Parts.

A set of the small ones with an offset mounting arm would get a passenger's feet away from a bike's exhaust. We set Ike's 2001 Standard up with them, as his wife was constantly doing the same thing with her shoes.

I think Jammer Cycle Products made the boards and H-D mounts. These turn up on eBay and at the swap meets from time to time.
