Just wanting to be sure...I have to change out a burnt out bulb for the turn signal indicator. I wanted to know if I can remove the lens cover and then the bulb, without having to get inside the Headlight Housing...??? Just pry the lens cover off...???

Yes, just remove the lens and then the bulb. The early lenses have two screws on their faces. The later lenses have one screw at the 6 o'clock position and a tab. If you pry either style lens without removing the screw(s), you'll break it.

No, you have to go inside the headlight assembly.

I believe he is talking about the lights ON the headlight bucket. And I think k you have to do it from inside

Just remove the ring and bulb from front of the bucket. Then unstay the wire bundles and move them out of the way. You don't want to remove the whole bucket

Found out that I just had to remove the three idiot light covers and remove the bulbs...in doing so, I had one of the bulbs break and I can't seem to get the remaining part of the bulb out of the socket...I removed the complete harness and boots from the Headlight housing...these small bulbs are a pain to remove....is there a special tool to remove them...???

I think they are a type 37 bulb. Original is marked 3 watt. Does anyone know if there is a brighter watt replacement? I find it hard to see neutral in bright sunlight. I cant find any.
