 I got a bunch of parts from a fellow I know who had bought I think a 99 Interstate Valk he wound up selling for parts .... I got a handlebar horn switch assembly in the box of stuff , will this horn switch interchange with my 1998 Valk Tourer  ??  Thanks Old Geezer Richard

No. Look at Partzilla and check out a breakdown pic of the Interstate andTourer. You will see that a connector plug on the bottom is different.

Unless the button is broken, just spray some contact cleaner in the switch while operating the button.
