Hey my Yamaha Venture has a factory front tire 120/90-18. The Michelin Pilot 4 which is what I have on my Valk only comes in 120/70-18. Will that be ok?

Your going to lose some height which may or may not be a problem for you.
70 percent of 120 vs 90 percent of 120.

You decide

NO GO the OEM tire size is

FRONT TIRE: 130/60R-19

Thats 19 not 18 and I looked and dont see it in the size your looking for even.

I went with Shinko 230 Tour Masters. Reasonable price, correct size and I'm not keeping the bike very long anyway. I have put them on two bikes and for the price, SUPER overall

This is a good little tool for comparing tire sizes.

The Shinko Tour Masters are on the Yamaha and I've ridden it. Very nice tire setup. I didn't go with My favorite Michelins cause I couldn't find this size in a radial. I wasn't willing to pay Michelin prices  for a bias ply. The Yamaha Venture is sweet but nothing like our Valk's. The low center of gravity is everything. Period
