 tickedoff

Not sure what's going on  ???  I hear this tinny sound like a piece of metal dragging then it stops then starts again  Sad

I did just add some parts to the front end, added a lower guard that covers the oil filter, and since I took the pods off my interstae I added plastic chrome from a standard over the radiator.  Not finding anything loose  Embarrassed

What does a front  wheel bearing sound like when it starts to go ????   Undecided

It could be an intermittent tinny sound, but it's more likely that it would be an occasional grinding sound with a noticeable roughness in the handlebars.

i get a tinny sound from mine occasionally..and what i found was..the washers on the timing cover bolts would resonate at certain RPMs..i just put a dab of silicone on them when putting them back in to keep the washers from vibrating.
