It was another great day for a ride here in Middle Tennessee today. Here are some pictures of the park.

Thanks Mac,

Forts Donalson and Henry preceeded the action at Shiloh and Corinth.  How far away are they from where we were at?

Great riding with you and thanks for leading us.

Might want to make Vicksburg the next stop on the tour.  It was the battle fought on the western front after Shiloh and Corinth.

What do you think?

Thanks Mac!  The wife and I just stumbled upon this site about three years ago while on vacation in Tenn.  We throughly enjoyed the better part of an afternoon there since neither of us had ever heard of the battle there.  All of the other battles seemed to have gotten more publicity.  We were there when everything was green and beautiful during the summer.  It was good to get to ride with you some at Inzane-9.  Take care; see you at #10...JTL

Paul a Natchez Trace ride is in the works for Sept.2010 I don't see any reason we could'nt stop by Vicksburg Battlefield Park on the way north that saturday morning it's just north of Natchez , Mississippi where the ride will start from at mile marker 0.
