Went to have the stitches out today. Dr looked at my foot and decided he didn't like the swelling still. He said the numbness around the incision is likely from the trauma of surgery but thought it would be better by now. He feels I may be putting too much weight on it and recommended keeping it elevated more and staying off it completely. He gave me some circulation exercises to do to help get blood flow to it. So one more week before the stitches come out. I hope.
