My understanding is that you have to massage the almond for two minutes to get a drop of milk. May take a while to get a glassful. Cheesy

Coconut water, Almond water, and if you take lactose out of it, it's no longer milk either, IT'S WHITE WATER!

Well Damn.........all the money I invested in Massage Therapy courses at the local
adult education class are of no good ??
