Smoked dinner yesterday

Smoked this turkey breast yesterday, marinated overnight
in a honey bourbon bath.....apple and cherry wood chips for the smoke.
Ryan and Taylor stopped in to join us for dinner last night....

First time doing a turkey breast Tony, didn't know what I was doing....as usual.
Just flew by the seat of my shorts and kept checking internal temp.
I was surprised I wasn't / we weren't disappointed !!! Actually had a
good flavor and was plenty moist....
Had beans and coleslaw with it......along with a few cold brews !!!
