Was a lot easier than I expected.  I bought a HF 1800 Lb. Capacity Motorcycle Stand/Wheel Chock and ran tie downs from the crash guard to the eyes on the chock to hold the bike firm. Used my 2.5 ton floor jack under the shock mount to lift the rear about a foot off the ground.  Bike is very stable.   Wheel dropped down and I rolled it out between the fender and pipe.  Someone really torqued the lug nuts, felt like more than 80ft/lbs.

I'd post pics but need to find a new hosting site

I just love rear tire changes on the Valk, they are quick and  cooldude cooldude easy.

Every time I had to change the rear tire on my 1500 it was a process because I would grease the rear splines as well as the driveshaft splines. None of that on this bike takes all of 1/2 hour to do.

I used a front wheel LA Chock, floor jack and a winch strap to the rear grab rails for balance (to keep it from spinning off the jack).  I removed the rear wheel for the Darkside install and didn't even have to take the Corbin bags off.   I did post photos of that on Facebook I believe....

I've thought of that numerous times  cooldude ... and then I think, how can I reuse the hole
next time, I'll cover it, no it will fill up with water... and on and on...  Smiley
