Not sure when bigbikethings will resupply, I emailed them but got a vague response.
Is there any other solution to getting forward controls? I'm open to your suggestions!
This is for a GL 1500 Valkyrie Classic
Used ones is about it. Jardine used to have a set I think, but I've never actually seen one.
I like my BBT forward controls just because they're handy to have when you're cruising
along with your feet up, but they don't have the same "feel" has the real controls...
If you're not in too much of a hurry, the BBT guy has always made a new batch every so
often...

I bought my first BBT kit, for Deerslayer, at the swap meet at Inzane Spearfish, at a significant discount. It had not been installed. The 2nd kit, for Jade, I bought the last one BBT had from a product run, and had to wait for him to send it to the platers. He gave me a small discount, think it was 10%.
Given the practical limitations of marketing an add-on product, keeping the price down so they will sell and his cost down so he has enough margin, while keeping the install simple while producing a viable product that works... Well those factors are contrary making my product improvements if they were applied at BBT, a difficult nearly impossible challenge. I have been able to improve the function of my two fwd cntrl systems significantly to where they work very well, shift and brake crisply and with authority and tuned just right to fit me, but no way could my mods be included in the BBT kit and be a viable product for resale. Too costly and require too much fab ability or install skills / tools for the installer.
He doesn't include the footpegs so I used Kuryakyn shifter pegs with extenders I cut out of tubing, and Kury Iso-pegs with angle mounts and clamps onto the crash bars as his stanchions for holding user-supplied footpegs were not optimal to position the fixed footpegs for me. So I cut them off.
What I did on Deerslayer:
