Sissy bar brackets

What do most of you do with the remaining brackets after you remove passenger seat, sissy bar and luggage rack. Can they be removed or do you have to put a chrome piece on it? Also where do you get that chrome piece? Thanks, Doug.

There is a bar available to replace the backrest. The brackets are removable. Doing it one at a time; you remove the chrome fender rail and unbolt it from the backside. Replace the first one before removing the second one.

I like it better with a solo bar than with brackets removed...

Some Valkyries look good with nothing at all back there.
I can see it either way.

It's better with a solo bar if you plan to compete in the outhouse drag races.

Thanks for the replies. Where would you get the chrome part?

But don't forget to look through our classified adds, and check Ebay, Pinwall Cycle (salvage) (Ebay store).
I've found that instead of trying to find things by paging through thousands of parts, calling Pinwall direct and telling them what you are looking for can be easier. (this page says they have 3357 Valk parts)
