Even though this is literally in my neighborhood, I haven't gone since you and I ate there Ron.
The meats are basically flavorless, he buys his sausage from a major distributor (not locally produced),
his beans are Bush beans, potato salad is bland, ......etc. etc.
Many other smoked meat eateries easily within riding distances......

He never did any brisket, didn't want to put the time into it. (lazy)
Maybe it was my taste buds that changed, I dunno...
Just not as impressed with his food as I was the first few years he opened.
