Have you checked spark?
If not do so as 3/4 are a common to 1 coil.

Most likely still a carb issue. Clean looking is not always clean enough. If a jet or vent is still clogged you get what you got

Make sure that the idle passage and needle is clean and flows fluid on 3 and 4.
Also did you replace the o-rings on the idle needles? If not do so.
That should make it idle.

Did you disconnect the coil pack that provides spark to four of the cylinders? It's the one that is attached to the left side motor mount. If so you may have have two of connections switched. That would cause two cylinders to miss even if you show spark from all plugs.

Have you verified fuel in those 2 cylinders? I'm thinking the drain port on the bow, open it up and see fuel flow out. Run the bike with the enricher on fully (do you know how to do that?), so the cylinders flood, turn off, remove plug and inspect for wetness.

At what point are the cylinders dead, how do you know they aren't working?

What are the pilots set at...how many turns out?  Sounds to me like slow jet or pilot jet problems.  Did you install new o-rings on the pilots?  Are they reassembled correctly, spring, washer, o-ring?  Make sure the old o-rings are not stuck in the carb body. Try the easy stuff first.

Did you clean the jets or replace with new?  Having gone through multiple carb removals the first time I cleaned mine, I now only install new jets...small price to pay for me.

To me, it seems that would indicate the carburetors are not in sync.

Rather than start a new post it is better to update the original thread.  This helps others when they are researching solutions to a similar problem.

Here’s a reference to the original post so that your original problem and the final fix are easier to find.

Thanks for the update
