Timing belt replacement - opinions

'01 I/S - ~20k miles on the bike.
Pulled the timing cover and valve covers to exchange for some powdercoated parts. What's the group's thoughts on timing belt replacement?
FWIW, both belts look to be in excellent shape. No discernible wear, belt separation, oil damage or any other damage for that matter.
