Ok maybe limping.
Spent the afternoon between the two Drs offices yesterday. Stitch Dr say wound is healed and looks great. Surgeon did some simple tests with reflex and pressure and he was very happy with my progress. He has let me go full weight bearing with my walking boot only using the cane for balance. He said the range of motion and strength i have in my foot are better than he expected. He has ok'd me to go back on light duty next Monday the tenth. I will be in the boot for another month. I should start P/T then and maybe wear a brace for a while after that. (He has concerns about alignment of foot.).
Over all he is very happy with where I am in healing. Maybe by Thanksgiving I can take the bike for a ride.

Kathy has already hidden the keys to the bike, and locked my helmet in her car.

I was doing g the one legged happy dance when I left the office. I think might have been the thing he was talking about when he said "take it easy"

I do not want to hear anything about 'over riding the security
system and ordering a helmet on line', ok ??   coolsmiley
