Tony, we're having it this evening with cast iron skillet jalapeno cornbread.....
Giving the flavors a chance to mingle for 24 hours in the fridge.....

First time using a cast iron skillet for cooking jambalaya and cornbread ....

Laura was on Long Island yesterday for business so I made some shrimp etouffee.  Man it's good and with a cold beer....perfection
