Took a ride to Hubba's yesterday for BBQ. It's a seasonal operation run out of a trailer in the parking lot of a coffee/florist shop. There are picnic tables scattered about in back of the trailer.
I got a brisket sandwich and Sherry got three St. Louis style pork ribs. We both got sides of slaw. My sandwich was excellent. Good bark, smoke ring and very moist.
Afterwards we meandered home. By then the sun had finally com out and we stopped for pics on the top of Prospect Hill Road off of route 110 in Harvard. It's a beautiful spot.
That's Wachusett Mountain in the distance in the middle of the picture. On a real clear day, you can pick out Mount Monadnock in Jaffrey, NH.
