Rack Tail/Brake Light

Decided that the stock oem light, although bright was a little too low and may be missed by cagers.
So installed this signal dynamics LED run/brake light as a added reminder that I am stopping!
Being under the rack it is shaded from most of the sun which makes it appear even brighter.
Fits in there perfectly. Like it was made for it.
Had to get a piece of aluminum angle, from Lowe's along with 10 pound Velcro.
Screwed the light to the bracket and used the Velcro to mount under the rack.
As it turns out it is actually brighter than the oem and has much better viewing angles.
These two lights combined with a brake flasher REALLY makes a difference.
Cars will now stop 2 to 3 cars back from me at a stop light. worth it!
Ck it out...

If cagers don't see those outriggers then they have their eyes closed!!

You can fasten it to the 2 bolts that hold down the seat, so you dont need any rack.

That's a good idea!
I've ridden a few times since installing the second rack led and what a difference in when the cars behind me start to slow down and how far back they stop from me at a stop light. I also think the flasher has to to with that as well....
