There ia a vscuum hose attaced to the intake manifold for cylinder number 4. It is not connected to any thing. Bike was running fine before I removed the airbox. Anyone know where this goes?

I'm pretty sure all but #6 attach to a plastic plenum.  Look in there with a flashlight for the other 4 joined together at a plenum.  There will be an open nipple.  I can't look at mine because they are all desmogged years ago.

I found it, it goes to a tee and then to the pair valve. All is good, thanks

If it came off, sounds like to me it's time to replace them all, or to desmog the bike.

Search is your friend, and you should find info on desmoging. All say it does no harm to their bike.

Mark. Five vacuum lines?  Four all connected?  Not on any stock Valkyrie. Only three intakes have vacuum lines one to the petcock and two ( the center two) go to a "T" which leads to the pair valves. An open nipple at this location would be a problem.

#1, 2, & 5 are capped. 3 & 4 connect via a T to the PAIR valve (hose "10"). #6 goes to the fuel petcock.
