Upstate NY, I miss it sometimes what a great state, I love the air when it just turns and you get that fresh air and when you open the door in the AM you take a deep breath. Sorry you guys did not have a great fall, when the leaves turn and really show off the colors its so beautiful. I hope you guys get an Indian summer and are able to get out for some more rides. One of the best places that have leaves is Mass around Springfield and Connecticut River.
The pic is from out at Lake Okeechobee at about 6 PM. Its been a bit hard trying to get a ride on the weekends and Saturday was no exception. But went out to a late lunch with the wife then shopping and it was so nice I just couldn't pass it up.
You know those days when you go to steer home and the bike just wont go in that direction

I tried to fight it on the highway but it just went past the home exit. All of a sudden there was a throttle roll on and off we went.
Was grateful for being a bit overcast since the sun was hot and the air was cool. Driving along the cane fields and being pretty quiet and peaceful as I rode along my thoughts were on just cruising and smell in the air. Sometimes you get a whiff of something kind of sweet and that is the cane field that gives way to cut grass and water smells. Anywhere you stop its so quiet just great to enjoy the scenery.
I dont know if you guys have this problem but when just cruising along at around 75 on the back roads the throttle just seems to open wide all of sudden and you find yourself going considerably faster and have to slow down. I dont know why that happens.
