'99 Interstate

Does anybody know who makes the tank chap that covers the gas cap? The chrome is too reflective in the Big BikeParts windshield. Thanks.

I use  polarized sun glasses here in Florida. I'd say it cuts the gas cap glare by 80(?) %.
