Still running against the wind

Just got one but my bike is in winterstorage and cant go install it. 98 Tourer.
Anyone have any experience with these? Will I need to modify anything to get.the bulb to fit?

            While I AM on an I/S I do have a standard/tourer tail light assembly installed. I don't recollect the number but the tail light assembly has a cob L E D installed that was/is plug and play. BonS has already done the L E D light upgrade to the trunk mounted tail/brake lights. Day or night cage gits too close slightly feathering either brake control GITS their tenshun and they duz back off!  cooldude RIDE SAFE.
