I have a 2000 Valkyrie Standard and the front wheel is 18". on the specs it says 17". does anyone else has an 18" front wheel?

If you look at his avatar, it's been triked. So I figured that the front wheel has been changed to an aftermarket. Will that not upset the speedo ?
Only if the outside diameter of the replacement rubber is larger than the OEM. Or it might just take up the slack for the 5 or was it 10 % that the speedo is out by.

Depends on the tire size. You can put a narrower or lower aspect ratio tire on a larger diameter rim and end up with close to the same overall diameter. A slightly larger diameter would actually make the speedo more accurate, as with an OEM-sized front wheel/tire, the speedo reads faster than actual speed.

Not w/o a lot of revising as the Sabre has a single disc brake set up.
