yes I did....it takes a while for them to ship but it is a light weight cover that works well for trips and storage...folds up small...

I bought mine at wal-mart. $19. It fits over the IS just fine and you can have it today.

This summer as I was heading off to PA my Dad gave me one of his. Turns out he has two for his gold wing. I'm not completely sure why.
It worked well, when I finally used it for the last part of the summer. I thought it looked funny when I would walk over to check on the bike, because there sat my valk covered in a tan slip that proudly said: GoldWing.
That cover sagged a bit, but it on my tourer, but it came with straps that clipped onto it and took up the slack. That made it work.
So, while I haven't used the penny cover from evil bay, I can say, that my one experience with a cover the bungee straps to tighten it were handy. Do they all have those? I guess in a garage it wouldn't matter as much as it did sitting in the wind under a tree.
