Finished cleaning up after the storm.....

The snow started @5 PM yesterday, and was still snowing @ 4 AM this morning.
Shortly there after it changed to sleet, and finally stopped @ 10 AM.....
We have 7 plus inches of a 'snow and ice pellet mixture'.....
May get out snowshoeing tomorrow after chemo treatments.......

I know your pain.
We recently had 2-3 inches of snow, then 2 hours of rain, then a FLASH FREEZE . We ended up with 3 inches of ice on all ground surfaces. There was (is) not a bag of salt within 30 miles of me. I had to borrow my son's bobcat and scrape the ice off the driveway and it still took hours.
To make matters worse, it snowed again yesterday, started about an hour after we got the driveway and walk cleared.

Crappy ice here. We could have played a full 20 minute period on the driveway and not needed any Zamboni work

Ice is the $hitz.....too many times I have slipped and tried to stick my knees in my ears !!!
I would prefer concrete-like snow !!!
