HELP HELP i would like to get this put together.
I just bought a 97 bumblebee that po had removed tag bracket taglight and turn signal bracket I have bought one but looking at my 99 fast black it looks like there are rubber grommets under washer and nut to bolt on.
Also there is some kind of rubber flap like piece on the bottom of bracket where bracket goes into fender.
I have looked on all the microfiche's online and it shows no grommet or flap piece.
where can i find these?

There is a recall on the 97 Turn Signal assembly.  If the recall is not yet done, you can get free parts from Honda.  I have the recall in a .pdf format which has a great isometric view and install instructions.  Let me know if you need it.

#18 is correct for the housing. The fiche does not show the rubber washers for the bolts but you can probably pick up some at the hardware store if you want them.

those grommets are for the tail light, but they're the same size if memory serves.

You'll also need a grommet for the wire harness if the wire harness is still there. The grommet for the taillight's wire harness appears the same size, but the signal light's wire harness is thicker, has more wires. Think I bought a grommet from the hardware store or had a grommet in a package of miscellaneous parts from eBay. Good news is the grommet is generic for electronic equipment (right pic). They're just to protect the wires from the sharp edges of the round cutout, not as a cushion for a bolted rubber mount (bottom pic, middle grommet).

#21 seems to be for the stop light, not the turn signal/license plate light assemble. and the quantity is listed as 2.

BigBF has a related tutorial here. The *rubber flap* that you were talking about should look like BigBF's pic.

The rubber flap in the fiches has slits and to my knowledge are for the 1100 Ace tourer. That said, the fiche might have an error. And the actual part is the Valkyrie's. The genuine item has rubber grommets integrated into its material (bottom pic). I remember now. That's why the grommet isn't on the oem page.
