Normally 2 1/2 hrs to get to the Cape at 3:30am on Moandays. Today, 3 1/2 hours and looped it perfectly. Came up on some stopped traffic. Now I was only doing 40 or so, but as soon as I tapped the brakes the Impala came right around. A full 360. Stayed in the middle of the lane, headed the right way like nothing happened. Mayday, Mayday, Mayday.

The 500 was a wreck fest. Not my type of racing. Lucky nothing like that, just spun it. If I could have driven into the pits and left I would have.

Tony, there was about an inch of powder when I left the house at 3am. By the time I got to 495 in Bolton it was better than two and the plows were out. Down by The Pike it was hammering snow sideways. The loop happened just before the Bourne bridge. By that time it was wet slime. 4" or so deep but was down to one after the rain.

Nothing like a pre-sunrise pucker factor to get your week started !!!
Slide into the pits for a gas and go and be on your way.....
