What's the latest on your recovery? I'm doing well and can ride my bike fairly well. Only thing that still bothers me is when I bend over for an extended time my back mussels can really let me know. I'll feel good and then do something dumb and pay for it the next day. I've only had 2 PT sessions and some home work so I have a way to go on that.

Hope your doing well Tom.

I guess each Dr. does it differently.  I saw the PA yesterday. Xrays of the Fusion show it's healing well. I can discard the brace that I have been wearing. I can drive but no bike for 6 more weeks. No therapy for the same time frame.
I have been walking for exercise. I'm up to 3/4 of a mile a day with no pain. I get some pain when going from sitting to standing. I'd be ok if I got rid of FaceBook....LOL
Bending to put on shoes is a struggle, back feels tight as hell. That's getting better, at the beginning I had to wait for my wife to get up to help with the shoes.

I'm happy to hear that you are progressing so well. Keep up the good work.
