Launched at the Glastonbury boathouse and went across the river to Crow Point.  The water is way up and dirty but what hell, it beats sitting around the house.  I managed to roll one pike but with the water temperature at only 40.6 degrees the fish are super slow.  No matter though.  On the water with a fine Dominican cigar and my buddy Mike made for a nice afternoon.

Hopefully the weather will break here soon and the temps will begin to rise.  The herring should start to run here soon which means a river full of big bass.  Nothing makes a morning better than a good Nantucket Sleigh Ride!

Excellent! Temps in the 60s this coming Friday and Saturday. Next Saturday should be another good day for the Yak!   Cool
