Hey folks, can anyone recommend the best rejetting kit for a 99 Valk that has been desmogged, running a Cobra exhaust system, stock standard airbox.
Thanks in advance.

de-smog doesn't require a jet kit.
even the cobra jet kit was only richer needles, which u can do by adding a few extra washers to the oem needles. always go one washer extra compared to the others, for the front two carbs only. then just open up all the idle mixture screws to 3 turns open from lightly seated closed and go ride.

I have a desmogged '98 with the Cobras (with baffles in).

I'm running 38 pilots (35 is stock), fuel screws at 2 turns. Stock needles, stock mains, stock airbox and OE filter.

It runs beautifully and returns very typical MPG's (mid 30s average, faster highway will drop that down more like 30 or high 20's if you're really cruising).
