New engine? Wonder what that means exactly? If it’s a properly set up and tuned supercharged bike it might be hard to duplicate for less money.

My blown bobber trophy show "George" bike, built by George Jackson back around 2000, and later restored by Chuck Schaffer after interim owners abused it, cost George a lot of $$$ to build, and again more by Chuck to restore.  George's cost was in tens of thousands.  I paid less than this guy is asking (But I won't say exactly). And I like George more than I like the looks of the one in Durango.  While George has about 36k miles total on him.  But good luck to the Durango seller.  I'm sure he'll get what it's worth.  Eventually.

Back in the day when George was still alive (cancer killed him 2003) House of Kolors Chameleon paint - before my pipes.

The friends in this memorial are the High Country Cruisers club.  Now defunct.

"the new engine (Invoice on hand) ditch cast iron pistons"    OEM pistons are not cast iron, so either he doesn't know what he is talking about or he got taken by somebody big time.

I do miss George.  His bike was a work of art.

I met him at IZ1 and he actually saved my sister from being T-boned by an out of control driver on the Valkyrie march to the factory at Marysville, OH.

I was on a ride or two with him when I was a member of the COHCC.  One of the most active riding clubs I’ve ever been involved with over the years.

I keep his obituary tribute picture above my work bench and have done this since he passed.

I saved a picture of George by his Valkyrie years ago when I first saw it. Never met George but always lusted after his bike.

Good comments guys.  George was a great man.  Proud to call him my friend.  Wish I knew him even better.  Especially when I heard all the glowing eulogies at his celebration.

Here's a shot of him and this same bike at Inzane I or II.  I have the ostrich leather gunfighter too.

That’s the picture I saved! But it’s on photobucket and I haven’t gone back and salvaged it yet. The SuperTrapps on the scrap pile?
