Put the black and red I/S on the road today to pass inspection ( no charge) lol. Rode a couple of loops to Damon-Rosenberg and back ,Much difference at the end the carbs had cleanned and all smoother.I will have to synch the carbs ,next time around.
Next is take radiator off Belle ,new coolant and pipes.Finaly got around to change the belt tensioners and new belts for good measure. By the way cleaning the pulse sensors has made a world of difference in cold starts. Looking forward to a quick get away soon......... 2funny

Looks as if the thermostatic switch went out on the beast ,got one on the way. The tourer has fresh hoses and fluid but the fan wont come on! LOL I am in hot water!
Eli no offence meant. Just that as a regular Joe I have no aspirations.   cooldude

What does cleaning the pulse sensors entail? I just picked up a dormant '99 and will be giving it some TLC. From past Valk experience I know that cold starts can be an issue, but I'm not familiar with what you're referencing. Any info would be helpful!
