Hey all...Valhalla is fast approaching. This year we will have t-shirts available … 1st run ever of Valhalla shirts, so they will be a real collector item cooldude I've managed to work out a good deal with my work supplier for good quality T's...in both Men's and Ladies' sizes, and I need to get confirmation on how many to order ASAP. Shirts will be Black with printing on the front....see photo below. Price will be 12.00 CDN (our US friends can pay in USD...I won't mind Wink) It's easier for me to just pay for the shirts up front and then collect from everyone when we meet in Merritt, so please confirm with me how many you want and in what size of Men's or Ladies'. Please pass on this message to any in your group who may not check out this forum on a regular basis.

Gordonv and I will be getting together soon to firm up a few more details for Valhalla, but for now here is the preliminary agenda again...

Thursday, June 20
Arrive and check in at Ground Zero (Quality Inn) in Merritt BC. There will a folder with final agenda, ride routes, and other info for each attendee at check-in.

Greet old friends and make new ones...and welcome the boys from ID to their first ever Valhalla!!

Share some food & drinks and discuss rides for the next 2 days

Friday, June 21
Breakfast, then head out on your choice of ride routes. Last year the plan was to offer several route choices with the thinking that folks would split up into separate groups...didn't happen, we all chose to take the same route in one group

Arrive back at Ground Zero late afternoon, and clean up the old Valks, B's, Wings, or whatever you're riding for the Friday evening Show 'n Shine. Categories will be Classic Valk, & Non-Valk.

Supper, then re-hash the day's riding with refreshments around the fire pit.

Saturday, June 22
Breakfast, then head out on your choice of ride routes.

Arrive back at Ground Zero in time for supper

World Famous (OK, maybe BC and PNW famous) Valhalla Gift Exchange. For those first timers, everyone wishing to participate must bring a gift (doesn't have to be MC-related)...Maximum value $20.00

Awards, speeches, and all the other nonsense that typically takes place around the fire-pit on this evening. Our official beverage sponsor will likely make an appearance at some point Wink

Sunday, June 23
Breakfast, goodbyes, and scatter for home

Thanks Mike for going to all the trouble. Looks nice, simple, I like it.

1 mens large

1 thing, are you able to get a breast pocket in it, I need reading glasses, and try to buy golf shirts with pockets?

Nope, no pocket shirts. You don't need your glasses, just go where and do whatever Tess tells you to  Grin
What about Tess...you gotta get her one too?

Let's arrange a breakfast meeting soon  ... I can pay you for those silencers and we can finish off any other details for Merritt.

I tried, but Tess doesn't wear T shirts, and I didn't want to guess on a size, you know what that could cost me! So get her a LARGE!   Evil

The SIL will be here the next 2 Sat, so how about we do the 3rd Sat meet up.

I'll get George to come out somewhere. Nice if Paul can meet too.

Back in Mission again, or Abby, 9am? I'm thinking I'll still be driving the car.
