What is the Idle RPM set at? Will it start back up with the throttle opened a small amount or using the enricher (choke) ? Is the air box cover inlet clear?

Need to narrow it down to air, fuel, or electrical.

Old filter/new filter? Idle RPM? Low speed jet settings? Are those low speed jets really clean? Vacuum Leak?

Old filter/new filter?  Low speed jet settings(1 3/4 to 2 1/4)?  Vacuum Leak other than plugged / orings ?

The low speed jet is 1 single hole.

Sounds like you may be running way too rich,, do you smell gas when running?  If you don't have a clogged up air filter, you might need to look into those carbs again, see if something was done wrong.

Had the same problem and  the freshly cleaned and oiled K and N filter would not let enough air through.   It had too much oii in it. Rewashed and less oil and it worked fine.

I also changed  an OEM Valkyrie air filter  for a fellow that had 100,000 kilometers on it. It was filthy black but the bike still ran.
