whatched the video. didn't look too bad to install. although sometimes I had a hard time getting a good point of view reference.
 How long did it take for you to install yours?

Just FYI.  If you can find one, a Mustang back pad is angled to hold the backseater upright instead of leaning back, sitting on tailbone.  When mounted on OEM sissybar.  Much more comfortable.  I bought one to have Russell recover when they made my seat set.  Didn't cost much, from ebay.  No doubt you can also find the sissybar easily. My driver's backrest was provided by Russell. I sourced the embroidery graphics.  I once had a Utopia for Deerslayer that I sold online.  It was OK.
