My pick was Laine.   Figured Madison would win but she got cut

We quit it after 2005 I could not stand the black guy calling every one a dog, and the dumb lady and the MC could not keep his hands off the females. Just stated back this season was impressed how it changed except for Peery what a slug. We picked the two guys right at the beginning. Laine was an entertainer, Alejhandro is a music prodigy but has to change his singing. He will go a long way with the right person helping him write songs. My wife is  very musical has helped writing music to words for songs and she commented on his talent was very good and the sky is the limit. As for the voice we watch it but have to say this one and the past were sub par they need to end and take a rest for several years. Adam has become an old hat especially after last yr. throwing that guy under the bus. I hope John L. lady wins. All the rest are just bar and county fair singers. I can not stand to listen to there sob stories voting is on your voice. I never vote.

I'm not a fan of these shows.

I have on occasion watched and greatly enjoyed some plain-simple person or child light up the stage and audience.

My view is we already have far too many entertainers, and that people should forget this foolishness and go out and get real jobs.

Ha.......Laine will make millions now.    I google Layne and at 18 yrs old he already has a net worth of $100,000 from playing his music.    Don't think he will ever flip hamburgers.  However, you are right in that for every person that makes it in the music industry there are hundreds of thousands who try and fail and end up with regular jobs.  You have to be music instrument inclined and be able to carry a tune and have a good stage presence.....Laine has all the ingredients and will make millions as "THE American Idol"
