Lesa and Pappy’s fault, I was looking at the Honda web site at the Monkey’s and noticed the Rebel 300 and said to Sherry, what do you think of this? “I really like it” so we start talking to dealers and working the numbers when I noticed Craigslist- 600 miles 2018 first price $4500.   End up taking it at $3500 just down the road from Grumpsters place.  This time she rode it when we got home so I’m thinking this is the size.  Dang what a sweet little bike.

Nice bike and check out that grin !!

Lesa used to ride a Rebel 250 and loved it! I did a carb job on it and rode it to make sure everything was okay and had a great time on it. I can imagine how nice the new ones are!
Way to go Sherry!!

The 600 shadow is a nice small bike also. My wife had one and it did great up to hwy speeds at 65mph after that not so much.
The rebel is a good looking scoot. Back in the day they made a 250 and a 400 (i think it was). Was a great looking bike then had a friend of my younger brother had a 400 and put 250 badges on it cus he was too young to ride legal on anything bigger than 250cc’s he was 14 at the time.  He rode
The snot Out of that thing. Never a problem.

Says —-You'll be thankful for the claimed 71-mpg fuel efficiency, allowing a range of 210 miles on the 2.96 gallon tank the Rebel is equipped with. Top speed of 85.

Nice. Always fun to pick up a new toy. Are you going to customize it for her?

I do not think she has any wants over what it is.  I suppose we will see where it takes us - she went right to it last night and was comfortable riding even though it has been a long time.

Can't beat that!! Nothing like a bike you feel comfortable on to get that mojo going for you. Way to go, Sherry!

The older Rebels were 250 and 450 BTW.
