Rolled over the 100,000 mile mark last Tuesday driving to work. Guess I need to replace timing belt, spark plugs, etc. Did not have camera with me to mark the mile stone.

« Reply #7 on: November 27, 2009, 07:30:15 PM »

My Obsession just came home from BigBF getting her 100,000 mile timing belt replacement (90,000) --- I'm not quiet there ---- but was hearing a squeeling sound from the front end since Inzane vacation so we decided go ahead and replace the belt & tension pulleys

I'm happy to have her back --- plan on putting a few miles on her this weekend   cooldude

Congrats!  We needed 11,128 more for 100,000 miles when we sold it.  That's a milestone we didn't reach.

BTW, because we travelled into rather deserted areas around the US, Canada and Mexico, we replaced the timing belts at 82,000 miles.  I always replaced scheduled parts when recommended or earlier, never later.  Better safe than sorry.  Wink
