Today is Patrick’s BIG 50. I can hardly believe it. Also hard to believe it’s been 30 years since we met. Patrick was this young man of 19 and I 21 when we first saw each other on that June day in 1979. By the time I realized he was two years younger than me it was too late. My heart was already his.

Thank you for being my rock and my strength. If not for you I couldn’t be and do all that I’m able to do. God has blessed us beyond measure. I’m looking forward to what God has in store for us in the years to come. Have an awesome day.

I know I am a blessed man to have lived this long.
