The one I am getting (hopefully) has what was a very nice looking windshield and it looks like it was stock because across the top bar there is Tourer in raised letters. I have been looking for a replacement but have not found one yet.   Thanks Dannie

Welcome aboard!   One of the first things I did as well.

How can we help, buying advice?  We're totally biased here--Valks are the best, so go for it  cooldude

2nd + on the clearview screen. They make a perfect replacement for the valk. Available in clear, smoke and with/without a vent. Custom heights too.

Thanks for the replies, Tfrank59 I made a offer on the bike and it was accepted now just some paperwork needs to be done. The man that owned the bike passed so his brother is having to have paperwork done to sell it. There is some damage from a accident but nothing I can't fix.

congrats on the purchase. It's a very common theme these bikes tend to outlive us. Anyway stay on this forum because a 21 year old motorcycle needs its fair share of maintenance and Honda dealers can't or won't do it anymore for our Valkyries.

Thanks again everyone. I hope to be picking it up today then I can really see what will have to be done to get it back on the road. I have gotten several old bikes running and riding and it is very rewarding. This is my first Valkrie so I am sure I will need some help. Dannie

I have to admit that I thought Zip City was a way of not revealing where you really live. I just closed Google Earth and , I'll be darned, it exists.

Sandy, it is funny how it got its name, this county is dry and Tennessee is not so people who just had to have there beer would go through here to get there. Zip City is so small if you blink you will miss it

The map shows Zip City is north of the rest of Alabama.
My mom is from Hackleburg that may not be on any map.
20 years ago a tornado cleared that section of the state. I was there when I was 5 years old.
Didn't have my Valk yet.

Bone, I am sure Hackleburg is on the map because it is a lot bigger than Zip City.
