Hi guys,

I just found this one here and was wondering if any of you ever made this trip?

This will definitely go on my "Summer 2019" list ;-)

Cheers

I've spent a lot off time up there many years ago...mostly with a 4 wheel drive club I was with. Great area...lots of history and things to see. Personally, I'm not sure I'd do that run on my Valk...I think there's still some rougher dirt/gravel sections. Would be worth checking out the current condition of the road in its entirety though...perhaps its been upgraded in recent years. If it's good enough to ride it's a spectacular region to see.

I will go and check it out. Let's just say it's scouting for next year's Valhalla ;-)

My last trip on the road was in about 2009 or 2010. It was still mostly gravel and dirt. I would not recommend doing it on a Valk, unless you can find some aggressive tire to fit. So far I have not. It is a great trip in a 4x4. There are lots of back roads and lakes to explore. There's a narrow dirt road from Bralorne  to Pemberton Meadows. You can also go from Seton to Mt Currie. I have seen people do these roads in 2 wheel drive trucks and vans, but I would recommend a 4x4, dual sport with off road tires or a dirt bike. Have Fun!!
