I needed to re-build and extend my little shop, so I had to move the bikes out for a few days. My favorite is the Fat-Girl.
I have a:
98 valk
75 IronHead
69 ShovelHead Chopper
06 FatBoy
08 Goldwing.

Nice collection Phideux.    cooldude

I had 5 at one time (one the wife's), years ago.  One had to sit outside year round for lack of storage.  It took me awhile to decide it was too may to maintain, insure, plate, inspect, and ride.  And, we have personal property taxes (which never stop, no matter how old the bike).

For me, anyway, two is optimal.

But if I lived where I could easily get to riding trails and woods, I'd get another dirt bike or ATV, and relive my youth.   Grin

Yah,  I know how you feel 5 being too many.  My 2 car garage is FULL.  Wife has been nagging me all summer to SELL 2 of them, but I do NOT want to, but really should have not ridden those 2 all summer long.  Plus sell 1 of my 2 ATV's just somehow is very HARD to right?????????   coolsmiley

Only 3 of them are on the road. The Ironhead and Shovelhead aren't, but they start and run. I'm almost finished re-doing the FatBoy, after that I'm gonna tear down and redo the Shovel. I could only fit 4 in my shop, but with 4 of them in there I couldn't do anything, it was packed. Now I will be able to fit them all and still work on one. I'm thinking about selling the Wing. It's a beautiful bike, comfortable, but not my style. I'm more of the single seat Bobber style. As you could probably tell.

Well I have no garage, but a nicely set up 10 X 12 shed with electric, lights, tools and jacks.

But with my 2 interstates in there, nothing can be done in there.  In fact, I lean one on the other (bag guard to bag guard) just to leave room to get off and out (without tearing my sack), and access my tool chest.

I'd love to have one of those aluminum awning carports, but lack the space.  I have a patio sunshade outside my bike shed with a HD cover to work under, but the cover rots off every 5 years.

Every man needs a hobby or two.

what I want to get is a 12x24 pre-made shed that they make somewhat locally and deliver in my backyard for around 7K,  but the misses does not want it said would look stupid taking up near 1/2 of my backyard.  She is right, but would solve our (or my) storage needs for toys being able to put my fishing boat inside, 1 ATV, and a few cycles.  Back when age 22 building our new small home,  the builder asked if I wanted a 3 car garage since back in 1990 not many around and being so young with ONLY 1 cycle with both of us 1 car each,  there was NO need for anything bigger than my current 20x24 attached garage.  Now,  I wish I had a 5 car garage... Cry

Is funny how the older we get, the more we accumulate is sort of an addiction isn't it?  Roll Eyes
