In the morning I'm going to try to figure out why I have brake lights, but
no taillight. For the last eight or ten years I've had one of those Radiantz
setups, so it's not the bulb Smiley ... If anyone has any suggestions about
what to look for that would be great!

Underneath the fender seems like such a brutal place... I figured I'd
find the problem there, but it all looked good there. I followed the harness
up to the next set of connectors (behind the right side cover). All the
connections looked good there too. There's a well-labeled fusebox
there as well... the taillight fuse was bad.

I guess stuff usually causes a fuse to go bad, we'll see what happens
from here... I'm about to redo my whole accessory connector setup
so that my accessory fuse box (a PDM60 circuit breaker box really) is
behind a side cover like I've seen other people here do. I hope I
can move it there anyhow. Its only connection back into Honda's
wire harness is the behind-the-side-cover accessory wire that triggers
a relay, so I'm pretty sure? that has nothing to do with my taillight
fuse blowing...

Fuses often blow from a short or wire damage or corrosion... but sometimes they just wear out.

You usually know which soon after you replace it.   Smiley

Check your wires at the connectors under your fender....I had a similar problem and could not figure it our...finally pulled the rear fender and the culprit wire was broken just outside the connector...I could not see it until I pulled the fender...good luck.
