I want to use the I/S switch assembly on my standard. Will the standard cables attach and can I use the standard throttle tube/grip?  I have deuce risers, so I think the standard cables will be long enough.

Anybody familiar with doing something like this?

Thanks

Yes.  It is an easy swap.

I was told that putting Deuce risers on an I/S the cables don't need re-routed.  Haven't done mine yet.

I believe the throttle cables must go inside the triple tree with Deuce risers (with no other hose or cable changes though).  Even though the IS throttle housings give maybe a half inch more throttle cable slack than Std/Tourer throttle housings (at full lock turns), I think the cables still have to go inside the tree (I could be wrong).  My IS with IS throttle housing and Deuce risers still has the throttle cables inside the tree.
