This investigation has been going on awhile and there is much information that they have already collected. The call to put a special prosecutor on this was turned down and wisely so since it has had much more resources and effort put into it without all the publicity. The Dems seem to want to try to lie again and say that Trump pressured the Australian government to help. But a letter emerged late on Monday from the Australian government that directly disputed the accuracy of a New York Times report. I hope finally the whole story on the real collusion will come out along with the 5 nations contributing to the election fraud and spying on a president.

As the Department of Justice has previously announced, a team led by U.S. Attorney John Durham is investigating the origins of the U.S. counterintelligence probe of the Trump 2016 presidential campaign,” department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec told Politico in a statement. “Mr. Durham is gathering information from numerous sources, including a number of foreign countries. At Attorney General Barr’s request, the President has contacted other countries to ask them to introduce the Attorney General and Mr. Durham to appropriate officials.”

You didn't break the seal, I'm not blaming you, and I'm no angel when it comes to participating in the threads, but it sure was nice while things were non-political for a while there...

You are spot on Re: political stuff, but these are incredibly strange times with all the "off the charts" corruption being exposed these days. I really think that if things got back to more normal times(does that happen?) most of the hyper political stuff would ramp down somewhat. I know that administration is opposed to a new spot on the board, but maybe that is what is best. There are other MC forums that I visit and participation is noticeably dropping...might be that our numbers are dropping??
I know opinion polls can be worded in leading ways, but maybe we should ask contributors here what they think. I would certainly respect the decision to "give it a rest".

I understand but I don't think this is political as much as political corruption can be labeled non political.

I view it much more as a corruption scandal since no names have been mentioned. There were many irregularities in the election, far surpassing Watergate and the Nixon years and no one has been arrested. It has even gone as far as other services from other countries similar to the CIA and FBI have been involved. This is the real story behind election meddling and its interesting from the point of what will be done and to see if any political party tries to spin the story.

Geez guys,
as far as I know there is NO ONE forcing y'all to open, read, or respond to any posts!

Personally (as I stated in another thread) I enjoy reading of other peoples thoughts and ideas of these subjects, even if they don't align with mine...

I'd suggest if these type of posts irritated y'all, ignore them!
Go for a ride, walk, pet your puppy, or go scream in your safe space.

There seems to be a lot of involved people on this board, some are just opinions but there is a lot of information brought out here that we (or at least me) wouldn't run across in normal news outlets.

+1.  Read the subject line, if you're not interested/adult enough to handle differing opinions, don't open it.  And if you can't support your opinion, don't comment.

C'mon, Skinhead. There's no room for adult, logical, emotionless posting on this board.   2funny laugh angel

The only good part about it all right now is as the politicians spend all their time going after each other they leave us alone.
