Wanting to get my passenger ( wife ) an intercom for X-Mas. Does anybody have one of these in use? I've seen CB50, and CB60 intercoms on sale for around 100.00 with the passenger cables and headset. Any replies will be welcomed.......StLRider

My wife and I like our Scalarider Q-2's. Wireless and we can take phone calls if we want to. It's kinda strange listening to her make jokes about the clerks at gas stations when I go in to pay.

I too have a Scala rider team set. They are a bit different than the Q2. But both sets are bluetooth. It connects to my GPS and my cell phone. Works great and no tangle in any darn wires!

My wife and I have a “Blue Ant” that we use on the Magna. We like it very well and in some respects even better than the intercom on the IS. The Blue Ant is simple, vox controlled, goes on and off the helmet quickly and easily, and meets our needs well. It can also interface with other blue tooth devices such as phones. It is not, however stereo as there is only one speaker associated with the set up.

Not familiar with the Scala but have the misfortune of owning a Chatterbox. Works OK but their connectors are garbage and have to tape/rubber band them to hold them in. Returned it but was told that there was nothing wrong with it. Never again, looking for something better. Cheers Steve
