If you have an Ace Hardware nearby, you can get #123 O rings from their plumbing department for use in a pinch - around a dollar each.

When last pinched, mine were on the bike for about 10 years...upon removal this year they looked brand-new, though I replaced them with the Redeye parts.

Years ago I bought o rings from some auto parts store. These are the o rings I am replacing. They were partially melted. They were intact in the groove but were clearly not in perfect condition. So I’m back to OEM replacements. Thanks.

You guys want to get rid of intake o-ring leaks? I ordered new o-rings took one look at them and put them in the trash. Went to the auto parts purchased a roll of gasket material for about $7.00 and made my own gaskets. If you look at the sealing surface between the head and intake there is plenty of sealing surface. Works good for me.

Or just put Viton o-rings in and be done. I’ve done several bikes including mine over the years. Perfect and forget about it.
