Ahhh yes!
I suspect we have a few things in common, at 60 years young I train avg 8-10 hrs a week, and no.. not bodybuilding.
I run 3-4 hrs wk (14-17 mi), trail ruck with a weighted A.L.I.C.E. pack, and strength train with kettlebells along with bodyweight exercises.
When the wheels come off 'civilization' I'll be ready.. at any age..
Also take cold showers and sleep on a bed of nails..
