All depends upon whose perspective.
It's nice to read so and so is paying some TARP back.
It's galling reading IAG is doing some fancy accounting to wiggle out of 25 frickin BILLION!!!

It's worse than people think. AIG sold 2 of its divisions to the Federal Reserve so they could give the money right back. It's a big shell game.
